Capital Asset Trader

As a Capital Asset Trader, you will originate, analyze, and execute arbitrage opportunities in the semiconductor industry. Working within a specialized team, you will leverage CAE’s proprietary data-set, technology, and deep counterparty relationships to develop and complete trades. Capital Asset Traders are given tremendous responsibility: negotiating pricing, contracts, and developing and managing multi-million dollar relationships. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, sales and marketing skills, and instinctual pattern recognition. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze CAE’s submarkets to identify supply/demand imbalances and pricing trends.

  • Source, segment and compare buyer-seller counterparties and bid characteristics.
  • Execute asset diligence processes on behalf of the firm and buyer counterparties.
  • Negotiate buyer-seller counterparty agreements and transactional materials.

IT Systems Support Specialist (Europe)

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Systems Support Specialist to support employees and IT infrastructure across our European operations.

This role blends hands-on user support with systems administration responsibilities. A significant portion of the work involves direct employee support, onboarding/offboarding, and device provisioning, while also helping maintain our core IT infrastructure including Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and on-prem VMware environments.

The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with people, solving technical problems, and ensuring employees have reliable access to the tools they need to succeed.

This is not a purely backend infrastructure role - success in this position requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a service-oriented mindset.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Employee Support & IT Service Desk

A significant portion of this role involves direct employee support.

You will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
  • Provide in-person, phone, and remote troubleshooting
  • Resolve issues related to:
    • Windows operating systems
    • Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
    • Hardware and peripherals
    • Networking connectivity
    • Web browsers and applications
  • Follow up on outstanding support requests to ensure timely and complete resolution
  • Assist employees with technical setup, troubleshooting, and general IT questions

 

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

You will manage the IT side of the employee lifecycle, ensuring new hires are ready to work on day one.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing user accounts and access permissions
  • Configuring and provisioning laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Preparing systems and accounts for new employee onboarding
  • Ensuring secure offboarding, including access removal and device collection
  • Coordinating with HR and leadership to ensure smooth transitions

 

Device Provisioning & Asset Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain employee hardware and software
  • Support and manage mobile phones and mobile device lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and device tracking
  • Deploy and configure endpoint devices using Intune or similar RAT utilities

Systems & Infrastructure Support

In addition to end-user support, you will assist with maintaining core IT systems:

This includes assisting with:

Your time will generally be split between:

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 2–5+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
  • Experience supporting Windows environments

 

Technical Skills
